“Archie is an 11 year old 40kg German Shepherd who came to us at 11 months when he was completely emaciated through starvation and abandonment. With this appalling start in life we knew that this gross lack of nutrition would catch him up later through joint and mobility problems.

Two years ago Archie began to get very stiff in the mornings and during colder weather could not get off his bed unassisted and this became so bad we thought the kindest thing would be to call it a day. Then I was advised by my some of my horsey friends to try Nupafeed Flex GLM although I was a little sceptical as by now Archie was 9 years old which is a good age for any GSD let alone one who has started off as badly as he had, but I put him on Nupafeed to see if it would help.

We are now almost two years down the line with a still very active and fit 11 year old dog, I did wonder how much good Nupafeed was doing until a few months ago when his supply ran out while I was on holiday (bad mummy) so he ended up going 10 days without and the results were quite clear. He very quickly became stiff and very uncomfortable until his new supply arrived and got back in to his system. There is no cure for old age but I know without Nupafeed Flex Arch would have been able to stay active.”
